Graphene on vdW magnets paper published in Nano Letters
Our work investigates layered interfaces between graphene and magnetic chromium trihalide insulators. We find a large charge transfer between these materials, and further demonstrate that we can controllably eliminate it by gating. We also show that we can control the electronic properties of graphene by flipping the magnetic state of the vdW magnet. Congratulations to Chun-Chih and Tiancheng!
