Topological electron crystal paper published in Nature

Our work investigating moiré-driven crystals of topological electrons was published in Nature. We found that in a sample of twisted bilayer-trilayer graphene, there is a series of integer quantum anomalous Hall states resulting from spontaneous unit cell enlargement (see the press release for more details). This work was performed collaboratively with the group of Prof. Josh Folk at the University of British Columbia. Congratulations to Ray, Dacen, and all the coauthors!
